Get a single blog tag by ID (storefront callers see active tags only)

GET

/rest/v1/cms/blog/tag/{id}

Storefront callers — guest (no token) and customer — can only retrieve an active tag: requesting an inactive one (is_active = 0, or NULL) by ID returns 404 rather than the row and its translated body. Backend callers are unaffected.
