Get a single category by ID (storefront callers see published categories only)

/rest/v1/product/category/{id}

Storefront callers — guest (no token) and customer — can only retrieve a published category: requesting an unpublished one (published = 0) by ID returns 404 rather than the row and its translated body. The gate is the row own flag, matching index()/item(); a published category under an unpublished ancestor is therefore still retrievable here, while its scoped relation embeds correctly omit it. Backend callers are unaffected.
