Get a single page by ID (storefront callers see published pages only)

/rest/v1/cms/page/{id}

Storefront callers — guest (no token) and customer — can only retrieve a published page: requesting an unpublished one (categories.is_published = 0) by ID returns 404 rather than the row, and with it the whole draft body that ?with=translations would otherwise expose. Backend callers are unaffected.
