/rest/v1/order/gift-card-setting
Validates and persists the gift-card settings object as a whole. minAmount and maxAmount are always required/numeric. enabledGiftCards is only persisted for AUTH_ROLE_ADVISABLE callers — submitted by any other caller, it is silently ignored.
