Get a single blog article by ID (storefront callers see published articles only)
GET
/rest/v1/cms/blog/article/{id}
Storefront callers — guest (no token) and customer — can only retrieve a published article: requesting an unpublished one (blog.is_published = 0) by ID returns 404 rather than the row, and with it the complete pre-publication body that ?with=translations would otherwise expose. BREAKING: this also removes the legacy draft-preview affordance — the legacy detail page served an unpublished article to ANY logged-in customer, and REST does not reproduce that, because a customer token is satisfied by any account on a guest-policy route. isBackend() is the only gate, so a customer token now gets the same 404 a guest does. Backend callers are unaffected.
